Fairtrade Fortnight- Why Is It So Important To Us?

We’re building up to the start of Fairtrade Fortnight, which begins on Monday the 29th February and runs to the 13th March, and we’re getting excited! Throughout this period each individual nursery and pre-school will have a wide range of activities in store for your little ones, including the Big Breakfast event, were everyone is encouraged to sit down for breakfast and STAND UP FOR FARMERS!

Two Leamington Nurseries Set To Merge In New Investment

The Co-operative Childcare has announced the merger of its two Leamington Spa nurseries as part of a £20,000 investment into its Upper Grove Street site, to meet demand for high quality childcare facilities for local families.

Currently based on Spencer Street, children and colleagues will be moving to their new home in February. They will join the existing team at the Upper Grove Street site which currently has four age-specific rooms for children from three-months-old to pre-school, along with a sensory room and a secluded garden area.

Finchfield Nursery Celebrates 'Outstanding' Ofsted Rating

Our Finchfield nursery based in Wolverhampton has received first-rate results from Ofsted after achieving an ‘Outstanding’ inspection rating thanks to the “exceptional” education available and its focus on the individual needs of each child.

Inspectors praised The Co-operative Childcare, based on Finchfield Road, commenting that teaching is “exciting and innovative” and that children are excelling in mathematics and showing competent computer skills, which will prepare them for school.
